Bali Hyatt held a celebration for the considered most valuable asset, the employees. The event titled Celebrating Our People is held annually involving all employees of The Hyatt around the world at the some time every June. At Bali Hyatt the celebration has been started on June 9th 2008 and ended by an amazing party for all employees and their family on June 27th 2008.

A series of activities have been held and attended by employees of Bali Hyatt mostly focused in retaining cultural heritage including penjor competition, penjor offering competition, arts like painting competition, sports like beach soccer and volley ball, and environmental appreciation by planting 2,000 threes around Pura Taman Sari which currently is being built at Selat village, Karangasem.

The management and employees were also share their happiness with the poors. Social visit to donate disabled children at Petulu village, Gianyar were conducted along the celebration. In addition, a mass blood donor dedicated to help the needs.

Finally an amazing party was held attended by all employees and their family. In addition to presets there was also a colossal performance by the management involving the General Manager and all of other executives. Performance titled Kobar Lan Kobir Manjing Sawarga Loka in intended as an expression of the management’s will to appreciate employees and their contribution to the hotel’s success.
