Aswibawan said that back on January 29th 2009, a meeting between temple leaders and project manager of the villa was conducted in facilitation of the head of Banyusari village. The meeting concluded project suspension until the building permit obtained. “But the construction remains going on, and the village head has never elaborate a minutes of the meeting,” he explained.
Another meeting was scheduled at the office of the village head on Thursday (February 12th). However, temple leaders chose to neglect the invitation. “Why should we attend the meeting whilst result of the previous meeting was neglected,” he asked.
Village head of Banyusari, Yudistira, said that the meeting scheduled on Thursday has forcibly been cancelled as the leaders of Pidada temple did not come. Their presence was highly expected to obtain mutually agreeable solution to the issue. Considering the latest situation, the village head cocluded that there was nothing he could do and forward the issue to the higher level, the district head of Buleleng.
