Exhausted with authorization violation happened in his region, Badung Regent AA Gde Agung directly evaluated the authorization with some institutions that allocate for authorization on Thursday (24/9). Gde Agung immediately instructed Badung Satpol PP –Police Force of Guardian Territory Jurisdiction- to take action against that mischievous entrepreneur.

Met after the meeting over, Regent Gde Agung said that the violence by several mischievous entrepreneurs is intentionally conducted. The problem is those entrepreneurs resolved to built or run their business without completing their authorization according to the law prevailed.
“Those entrepreneurs frequently build their business first and operating it without any authorization. It cause for so many building or business that is inappropriate with prevailed authorization principal,” said Gde Agung who is accompanied by his Vice regent I ketut Sudikerta, Thursday (24/9).
For that reason, Gde Agund directly instructed the Satpol PP –Police Force of Guardian Territory Jurisdiction- to immediately take action against authorization violators who has slap the law maintenance of Badung regency. “This kind of thing should be corrected for the maintenance of our regulations,” said Gde Agung. The meeting which discusses the confusion of authorization violation is conducted under coordination of Economic and Development Assistance, I Wayan Suambra who also involve Head of Tourism Official Made Sumbawa and Head of Creative Work, Dewa Pramana as well an Economic Department, Desi Damayanti, as the authorized unit for other allocating authorization.

At the same time, the assistance of Economic and Development I Wayan Suambra explained, in that meeting the regent also gave guidance hence the institution under Second Assistance coordination, especially for those who had right to allocating for an authorization, made studies or formulation in allocating an authorization, since this past days several cases of inappropriate business run without authorization happened.

In one side said Suambra, the government is forced to act according to the law, but in another side some party run their business violate the regulation prevail. “The Regent also wanted for support from the society for the maintenance of their regulation,” he said.

Besides, the Regent also clarified that in processing the authorization should obey the regulation that is prevailed. Since the Regency Regulation of Badung Lay-Out still in verification at the province, and for the authorization allocation still hold on the old lay-out. In Badung itself, some problems for this authorization violation have not been resolved all. It is because the official who have to conduct the action firmly still fastidious toward the violators. In addition to the lack of control from the concerned institution on the field has taken part in violator’s freedom to disobey the rule.

In this few months recorded some authorization violations that haven’t yet receive any firm action from official in control. Starting from Vi AI Pi which clearly have no authorization but still operate, then Dee Jay discothèque that is clearly against the open at midnight rule but still the official in power hasn’t take any action. And some problem that still suspended is Sara Residence Hotel that is allowed to operate though they are obviously has no authorization from Tourism Department of Badung. Also Wild Catz discotheque of an artist named Julia Perez that is protruded but still operated; also the last one is the authorization of Sapta Petala Hotel that is still unclear until today.
