Voting used e-voting in Head Village election in Jembrana is valued similar with the e-voting in America. On the contrary, Jembrada ID Card for e-voting is more advanced than America’s smart card.

That as been assessed by Dr. Tatang, the delegation from Technology Application and Assessment Department as the informant on Technical Study and Legality of Regent and Vice Regent Election Used Information Technology System (E-Voting) in Jimbarwana Hall Jembrana Regent Office on Thursday (October 22nd).

According to Tatang, e-voting conducted by Jembrana in Village Head election is similar to the American election especially for its tools and process.

Meanwhile, in term of its smart card, Tatang consider that Jembrana ID’s Card is more advanced than that of smart card in America. “In Jembrana there was contact less, while there is no that kind of thing yet in America. It means that Jembrana had one step ahead than them,” he said.
