I Kadek Budi Adnyana (37) the citizen of Jalan Gunung Agung, Dajan Peken Village Tabanan arrested by the police when he want to conduct shabu drug transaction. The culprit together with one packet shabu drug evidence level I for 0.4 gram of weight now secured at Tabanan Base Police Ofifice.
Head of Public Relationship, Kompol Endung together with head of drug division, AKP I Nyoman Swastika on Friday (February 12) said that the arrestment of that suspected ones came from an information mentione that one of police drugs TO (Target Operation) would conduct a transaction on Wednesday (February 10) at night.
That information also mentioned that the culprit would come from Denpasar direction to Tabanan around 10.00 p.m. Wednesday night.
Tabanan police of drug division then investigated it and intercepted the culprit in front of laundry at Denpasar-Gilimanuk traffic line precisely at Banjar Pasekan, Abiantuwung Village Kediri.
Before could stopped his motorcycle, he had a chance to throw cigarette package. But the officers also not to be outdone, they vastly took that cigarette package in which 0.4 gram gross of shabu drug hidden. Could not resist the culprit then dragged to the police office.
The suspected had violated Bill 35 Years 2009 section 112 paragraph I regarding drugs with criminal penalties of imprisonment of at least 4 years, maximum of 12 years imprisonment, minimum fine of 800 million Rupiah and maximum eight billion Rupiah.
“The suspected had been long become police’s target of operation, in the previous action he was cunning by using hand phone as its contact tools therefore brought us some difficulty in arrested him” explained Endung who accompanied with Swastika.
Meanwhile, the suspected Budi Adnyana confessed that he just want to use that drug alone.
“I used it by myself since a month ago,” he explained when he was questioning in front of investigator. He also said that he got the drug from his friend in Denpasar.
