Six illegal immigrants from Afghanistan, Pakistan and Iran were secured when they tried to infiltrate to Australia.

Four of them are from Afghanistan, as for Feda Hussain (23), Abdul Azim (18), Asadullah Hazim (35) and Rohulloh (20). From Pakistan are Ali Ghulam (30) and from Iran is Hassan Saadatzadeh (38).

Those six illegal immigrant secured when the ship damaged crossing over Ponjok Batu Beach of Pacung Village, Kubutambahan Buleleng, on Wednesday (May 19).

“They are arrested at Rumah Detensi Imigrasi – Immigration Detention House – in Jimbaran Badung,” sadi head of Surveillance and Repression Division of Ngurah Rai Bali I Immigration Office, I Wayan Sudana, on Thursday (May 20).

Before the arrestment conducted, the officer identified them with taking their finger print and pictures. From the investigation result, it is known that they sailed from Malaysia with US $200 rented ship.

According to the plan, they would infiltrate Australia through Bali-NTB-NTT. They say the reason for their escape due to the conflict in their country.

“They informed the officer that there were 15 people who travelling together with them, we still investigate it,” said the director of Reskrim Polda Bali Kombes Pol, Andi Taqdir Rahmantiro, Thursday (May 20).
