When the government officially raises TDL (Tarif Dasar Listrik) – basic electricity tariff – rotary black out in Bali is lengthened. From its initial blackout schedule that is end on June 30 in fact extended up to July 11. Initially, rotary blackout scheduled to end June 10 but it extended to July 11. It is due to the Machine number 4 in Pesanggaran entering maintenance period and machine number 3 that that is still, until today, damaged. Both machine has same 20 mega watt (MW) capacity. Bali needs 537 MW electricity supply especially for peak load time. In order to fulfill that much of electrical necessity, Bali still achieve support from Java for 200 MW.
