Open Stage Sudden Inspection, Tjok Ace Remind the Project Quality

Two projects underway, that is cultural hall revitalization project into an open stage and sidewalk in Abianbase, Gianyar, on Monday (July 19) suddenly inspected by Gianyar Regent, Tjok Oka Artha Ardana Sukawati. That sudden inspection conducted in order to know the contractor initial preparation for the project in progress that worth billion Rupiah. In that sudden inspection also, Gianyar Regent remind the contractor to maintain their project quality.
One of them is the arrangement of Astina Raya Field. Jogging track and garden at Astina field is expected to be conducted as good as possible, so the people could utilized it well. In this sudden inspection, the governor was accompanied by member of Comission B Gianyar Council, I Ketut Karda, S.H.,M.H., head of Public Men Power Division, Nyoman Nuadi, Head of Cipta Karya department of Local Men Power division of Gianyar, I.B. Sudewa, District Head as well as village head.
The open stage development at the east part of Gianyar Cultural Hall would cost 2 Billion Rupiah and will be finished on October 2010. The regent suggested the contractor to make the design for front and back face of the project building so the people could figure out the final face of their cultural hall. In the other hand, road access that has always there will be maintained and freely used.
In order to welcoming the 65th Republic Indonesia Independent Day on the incoming August, the contractor also expected would not disturbing the celebration held at Astina Field Gianyar. “If it is possible the contractor could manage not to disturb the ceremony, but if there is no other way then, don’t force it,” he explained.
Tjok Ace Regent asserted that the project certainly would not disturb the celebration of Indonesia Republic Independent Day. They far more anxious with the rain since it could disturbed the project activity especially when the project proceeding in making soil excavation foundation.
Beside inspected the open stage project, Tjok Ace with his group then observing the sidewalk and drain project at Banjar Sangging and Abianbase. The project, which has 658-meter length, is worth 389 million Rupiah. Tjok. Ace Regent highlighting the existence of PDAM pipe – Local Water Company – stretching along PDAM drains. Head of Public Men Power ordered to coordinate with PDAM in relation with number of their stretching pipes. Tjok Ace viewed that if they do not move their pipes, then when the volume water increase it would cause many wastes get stuck and trigger flood.
