Badan Pariwisata Bali (BTB) – Bali Tourism Board – suggested the Bali Provincial Government to incorporate the moratorium policy or suspension for hotel development in Bali. Local moratorium regulation against hotel development is needed so regencies/city would not again giving any authorization or preceding an authorization for hotel development in their area. This kind of moratorium has long voiced by Bali Governor, but it has no effect since it appears merely as a suggestion and has no legal basis. Read more about Hotel Development Moratorium here.
