Bali soon will celebrate its 52nd anniversary and in order to celebrate it, Bali Provincial government will held series of events such as massive gymnastic, free health check for all government employee in all around Bali Provincial Government area or even social visiting to the widows of war veteran. The interesting part of this year anniversary celebration is rest upon its scientific writing competition that used to be known in university field only, this time will be held for bureaucracy apparatus.
