ISI Denpasar Performed Nusantara Dance in Rusia

Lecture of Indonesia Art Institute (ISI) Denpasar and its 22 students going to Moscow Russia will performing Nusantara Dances. One month of preparation will be resulted in series of performance for Saman dance from Sumatra, Mandau dance from Kalimantan, Pakarena dance from Sulawesi, Padang Ulan from Jawa and some expressive Balinese culture art. The Balinese art will be performed by art team from this Bali lead by a choreographer named Ida Ayu Wimba Ruspawati, SST.,M.Sn and gamelan concert which will be arranged by I Ketut Garwa, S.Sn., M.Sn. The welcome dance called Selat Negara prepared as the opening of the show followed by Oleg Tamulilingan dance which is created in 1950’s. Read more about Nusantara Performance in Russia here.
