The Regent thanked to his struggle and his positive appreciation. She proud of it because representative from Tabanan especially in the education subject, they are able to succeed Tabanan.The Tabanan regent will support the education in every grade of school (kindergarten, elementary school, junior high school, and senior high school) include informal education will be move on together to give maximum service to the people of Tabanan. It is fit with her leadership vision named Tabanan Serasi (Prosperity, Secure and Achievement). She ended the meeting with a hope for following achievement from the other teacher and students.

The head of Junior High School 1 Tabanan, Dewa Sarjana said the selection in central grade will be held in Century Hotel, Senayan. It is consist of portfolio, personality test, education knowledge test, interview and paper presentation. He said his achievement through very strict competition especially competed with the representatives from Java whose portfolio is very thick. The real purpose of this competition is not only just measuring the knowledge of the headmaster but also as the reward form from government for the succeed headmaster in raising the education quality in their school. This reward hoped could be motivate the headmaster work to improve their professionalism in their duty, growing boast to their profession, also raising the pride of headmaster.

He stated if this succession is the success of Junior High School 1 Tabanan, the succession of the teachers, administration staff and the students besides the support of the student parents through School Committee lead by dr. Sumiarta, M.Kes. “I’m touched of my friends support in preparing the documents needed. I’m also thank to my friends in LPMP Bali, the Widya Iswara who has given many counseling,” he said.
