Six beaches in the regency of Tabanan, Bali, consists of Tanah Lot Beach, Kedungu, Yeh Gangga, Kelating, Pasut until Soka Beach which have got many garbage sent had cleaned together on Friday (27/8)
“This cleaning activity planned start from east side until west side. We involved 10 thousand people to collect and carried the scattered garbage,” said the Head of Human Relationship of Tabanan named I Wayan Sarba.

The cleaning program involved the civilian city employed, TNI officer, police, businessman, student, fisherman, and the people in the shore until the officer in swadaya institution. It is started on 6.30 WITA as the part of “Bali Beach Clean Up” program. In our area, it is centered in Pasut Beach, Kerambitan,” said Sarba..

This activity will be attended by the Regent of Tabanan named Ni Putu Eka Wiryastuti and the other Muspida officer and also all their staff.
The Bali Governor named I Made Mangku Pastika informed he will be represented by the officer from Bali Government inspectorate, Sarba said.
He explained this activity also to celebrate the 65th independence of Indonesia.

The point is the main purpose is to keep clean the Bali’s nature. “The purpose also fit with the Tri Hita Karana concept, it means the conformity of human relationship with nature and God. The cleaning of the beach also to support the development of agriculture synergized with the tourism,” he said.

It is also being the part of 100 days work program of the leadership of Eka Wiryastuti who replaced her father Nyoman Adi Wiryatama as the regent of Tabanan.

Sarba added the Regent Eka Wiryastuti pointed to some priority scale except the clean and the development of tourism also focused on the increase of government officer discipline in the effort of total service.
