Bali Provincial Government state that there is no special fund allocation for the realization of Bali Clean and Green program. It is due to the program that has been attached into one unit with the environment saving activity, which has been running. Moreover, the program in realizing Bali as a clean and green province further more would rest upon respectively to each of the regencies/city in Bali. In other words, everything finally would become the responsibility of each regions and Provincial government merely observing and directing them.
