City Terminal at Jalan Kebo Iwa Gianyar will under go functional transfer into a sport center area if some conditional support from the Regional Council Members of Gianyar Regency could be fulfilled. For the fund support to build this sport center area itself is estimated would not burdening the local budget which is still in a critical state. Moreover, the council had welcoming well this plan as long as what will be built there will give contribution for the people and regency. Traditional herbal medicines promotion will mark the cooperation between Bali Province and the Indian State of Kerala. This cooperation initiative is due to the background similarities and strong emotional ties between Bali and Kerala. Acharya Asutoshh Kamar, an herbal medicine expert from Kerala, would soon visit Bali to mark the start of the cooperation and carry out social activities to help people needy people, he said. United Nation Institution for environment program or known as UNEP recommended to the countries in the world to conduct rehabilitation effort for the sea ecosystem. This recommendation was delivered in concern with Blue Carbon development concept launched by UNEP. The Blue Carbon concept itself could prove the role of sea ecosystem and coastal area that filled with mangrove forest, sea grass and coral reef in absorbing the carbon. Due to the heavy damage suffered by mangrove forest, sea grass and coral reef around the world, this effort is needed in order to fight against climate change.
