Tourist come to Bali absolutely would see beautiful scenery and attractive art and cultural performance but that was not all. the tourist also could visiting the turtle conservation or well-known as the Turtle Island. This island was Pudut Island and is located on the west coast of Tanjung Benoa, Badung Regency or around 40 kilometer to the south of Denpasar city. In order to arrive at this island, the tourists should cross the Tanjung Benoa beach with motor boat for 15 minutes. Bali India Friendship Association (BIFA) is a group formed to deepening friendship between Balinese and Indian in the island. The inauguration for this association is conducted on Sunday (August 15th) at Bali Dynasty Resort, Kuta. This event was supported by Indian Republic Embassy in Jakarta and Indian Cultural Center Bali (ICCB). The event also marked the celebration of 47th Indian Independency as well as welcoming 65th Indonesia Republic independent day also. The show was enlivened with series of cultural performance, the result of Bali-Indian cooperation. There is also Indian Food Festival presented varied of that country’s food. There is a different atmosphere when entering the Badung Central government area Mangupraja Mandala, Sempidi, especially on holiday. From four villages; Pangsan, Baha, Bongkasa Pertiwi and Kapal, prepared by Badung Regional Government for a tourism village, only one of it that ready to sell. That village is Pangsan village. Fund and cottage accommodation become the main obstacle for the development of this tourism village in the remaining three. Only Pangsan village that has been completed with accommodation facilities. Head of Denpasar Tourism Agency admitted that they are lack of coast guard officer for the beaches in this city. Nowadays they merely has 15 coast guard personnel guarding over more than 10 kilometer long coastline. In addition to personnel problem, Denpasar coast guard officers also did not have adequate equipment. With that coastal length, more than 10 kilometer, Denpasar should has 20 coast guard officer, but until today it could not realize soon due to the fund limitation.
