At the meeting room of Economic and Development Bureau, one day before the deadline of the team’s duty period over, assistance II Bali Province, Ketut Wija announced the result from the Justice Team toward the existence of Bali Taxi under Praja Bali Transportasi Company that is legal. Wija said that based on the team examination, the granting for new taxi authorization for about 930 units have no trouble. It does not against the law and not discriminative. Principal authorization is given to the PT Praja Bali Transportasi for 500 units, 80 units for Ngurah Rai Taksi, Komotra for 100 units, Kowinu for 75 units, Wahana Darma for 100 units and for Koperasi Taksi Jimbaran for 75 units. Cruise Asuka II that transporting around 1000 passengers on Monday laid its anchor around Tanah Ampo Port, Karangasem Regency of Bali. The cruise that has 250 meters length completed with five star hotel luxury and other facilities will stop by in Bali for two days. This giant Asuka II cruise had to stay in the middle of the sea since both Padangbai and Tanah Ampo still could not harbored by a cruise as big as that ship. PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan and Ratu Boko promoting their tourism objects through Bali that begin with a dialog in the company of the whole holders of tourism interest in Bali. The eleventh meeting Special Session of UNEP Governing Council/Global Ministerial Environment Forum (GC-UNEP) held from February 21 to February 26 this year in Nusa Dua Bali collected criticism from environmental organization concerning its information produces in that meeting that is not for public consumption. Although, this meeting could gain some advices and suggestions from the civil people that is viewed as the most necessary thing to do.
